🏠Proud to be part of a milestone for stronger, safer homes.
Last October, Trinity Habitat for Humanity hosted Roofing Day at Fox Meadows, a newly launched neighborhood development in Cleburne, in partnership with GAF - Roofing, PROCO Roofing, Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety - IBHS, and FORTIFIED.
Together, we installed resilient roofing systems on six Habitat homes in a single day—bringing to life the kind of innovation and collaboration that strengthens communities.
That impact is personal. Kimberly Bates, one of those Habitat homeowners, wore a shirt that said: “I’ve survived too many storms to be bothered by raindrops.” On a day focused on building stronger roofs, the message couldn’t have been more fitting.
Now, her home is being built to withstand whatever comes next—just like thousands of others across the country.
This local effort is part of a much larger movement as IBHS designates the 100,000th FORTIFIED® home—a milestone representing families who are better protected from severe weather and communities built to last.
We’re grateful for partners who share our commitment to resilience, and proud to be part of the work making homes—and futures—stronger.
