Our staff had a wonderful experience at the Refugee Highway Partnership North America conference last weekend! It was a great time of connecting with others doing this work, learning from one another, and being encouraged in our work with refugees and newcomers.

Nemari shared this reflection about her experience:

"Attending the RHPNA Conference reminded me that the work I do is more than a career. It is a calling God has entrusted me with to serve, advocate for, and walk alongside families during some of the most vulnerable seasons of their lives. I left feeling grateful for the people God has placed in my path, renewed in my purpose, and inspired to continue serving with compassion, excellence, and faith."

Thank you to our friends at for hosting us!

We're grateful to gather alongside diaspora pastors and leaders in the Austin community for a meaningful time of worship, conversation, and prayer. 💙

Together, we shared about what’s happening in our communities, listened to one another, and prayed over worship leaders as they serve and lead their congregations.

We’re thankful for the Austin Diaspora community (.diaspora.network) and the opportunity to come together in unity, encouragement, and prayer. 🙏

What does it look like to welcome and serve our refugee and immigrant neighbors well? 🤝

Here from the Good Neighbor Team at Richardson Church of The Nazarene where they share their experiences, perspectives, and the importance of coming together to support, learn, and better understand the needs of our refugee and immigrant neighbors.

These conversations remind us that welcoming doesn’t stop at words—it looks like showing up, building relationships, listening to stories, and walking alongside our neighbors as they build new lives in our communities.

There’s a place for each of us to get involved. Will you join us in serving our refugee and immigrant neighbors? 💙
