Looking to clean out your closet and find a good home for your gently used clothing & shoes? The Building an Empire- BANE Institute is the perfect place!

The B.AN.E Institute is a local non-profit that serves women who have recently re-entered society following incarceration. They provide everything from Welcome Home Kits to classes and counseling. Your donations assist B.AN.E in providing for the women they serve. Simply email [email protected] and schedule a pick-up with their staff.

B.AN.E accepts new, unopened toiletries (i.e., shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste). If you're not able to donate physical items, they also accept financial donations. Or you can shop their Amazon wish list located on their website.

B.AN.E Graduation- Thank you to all the guest speakers. This was one EPIC Gradation. From the Chief/Judge, Major, Reentry Specialist, Captain, Chaplain, and Aneisa Chambers . We are so proud of our ladies for all their hard work and dedication-they decided to invest in themselves and make changes! It’s all about the want to!!!! B.AN.E is not easy but so rewarding in the end once the work has been put in!

It’s hard for individuals to make a successful Reentry it takes a lot of, hard work and dedication by both the prior offender and the community!! Second chances are necessary…not everyone must live their lives confined by their past! Proud of these Men and Women!! Keep going! 🙌🙌🙌
