Upcoming Special Broadcast - Throughout the weekend of May 16 and May 17, in a special broadcast hosted by Dismuke and Matt From College Station, Radio Dismuke will pay tribute to records made by the American and British branches of Columbia Records, and their various subsidiary labels, which we regard as the finest records, in terms of production and manufacturing quality, made during the late 1920s and early 1930sโ€”and to the enormously talented artists who appeared on them. We will be spinning a lot of incredible popular music and jazz records from 1925 - 1935, including some that are extremely difficult to find due to the devastating impact that the Great Depression had on record sales. If you enjoy the music on Radio Dismuke, you definitely don't want to miss this broadcast.
