We are excited to announce that the Boards of Clayton Youth Enrichment and Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County have officially approved a merger. Together, the organizations represent more than 150 years of combined service and a shared commitment to providing high-quality youth development, academic support, and childcare resources to families in one of the fastest-growing regions in the country.

Under the leadership of Daphne Barlow, CEO and President of BGCGTC, the combined organization will streamline operations and leverage shared resources to meet the rapidly growing demand for academic support and youth development.

We are grateful to both Boards, leadership teams, staff, supporters, and community partners for helping make this milestone possible and look forward to the work ahead as integration efforts continue toward a summer 2026 finalization.

After a full day of STAAR testing, our Clayton kids at June W. Davis Elementary School took a well-deserved creative break with a hands-on activity from our Time Hoppers Clayton Quest unit!

They had so much fun stepping back in time to make their own puff paint—then used it to create some seriously sweet ice cream masterpieces. 🍦 The joy (and a little bit of mess!) made for the perfect way to unwind and spark creativity after a long day.
