DBTM will take 10 boys to Riverbend Retreat Center in Glen Rose, TX on Friday, October 16 through Sunday, October 18. This camping trip is our first camping trip at this center. The total cost is $1,030. We NEED to raise $300 to send these boys on a life changing event. We will have 3 bible study lessons, astronomy lesson, zip line activity, and many more. On Saturday, September 19, 2015, DBTM had a fundraiser at AppleBee's in Arlington. DBTM would like to THANK all that came out and supported DBTM with this fundraiser. We raised almost $500. If you couldn't make it out, you missed out on a good breakfast and seeing the DBTM boys serve! !

I would like to share something from one of our recent graduates, Lawrence Bierria! Please read. This is something every young man should do!

Lawrence: A while back an white officer stopped me in a walgreens because someone "thought" I was stealing (literally was in the store for like 3 minutes) ... I was told to empty my pockets (in the back of my mind I didn't want to, I wanted to go off cus he wasn't particularly nice about it) I emptied my pockets did what the officer told me to do and left the store with with a free gift card to subway giving to me by the officer for the misunderstanding.
Just something I wanted to share.

On Saturday, August 22, 2015 from 1pm to 7pm most if not all DBTM boys will be at this event to receive backpacks, haircuts, school supplies, etc... If you know of anyone in the city of Fort Worth that needs these things, they are welcomed to attend this event.
