Honoring a Legacy of Service

From a peanut farmer to the Presidency, Jimmy Carter’s legacy extends far beyond his political career. He learned valuable lessons from farming and Cooperative Extension that he shared with others throughout his life. The natural leadership qualities and positive impact he made while championing human rights, diplomacy and humanitarian efforts match the positive youth development we see in 4-H’ers, especially service.

We remember him as a humble servant leader and honor his inspiration for future generations. Rest in Peace, Mr. President.
