To help the community learn about rescues that pull from shelters and the animals we are trying to save....

1. The animals dont have extra time for you to take days to decide if you can foster.
They will probably be euthanized within a couple of days or sometimes hours from when rescues plea for help.
2. We only have info that the shelter has given us of what they know about the animal.
3. We dont know if they are house trained.
4. ALL cases and pleas are URGENT.
5. Most rescues DONT have an endless amount of fosters waiting to save these dogs.
6. Most rescues supply everything needed for fosters including vet costs, crates. Leashes, collars, food etc...
7. When NO ONE offers to foster, ANIMALS DIE.
8. Rescues CAN NOT be a rescue without fosters.
9. Pulling from shelters are on a strick timeline. The animals are URGENT...
10. FOSTERS ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF A RESCUE !!!!!

Call me stupid. Call me hopefull. I guess im both.
Ive over estimated people.
Ive expected more than what they want to give.
I went to the shelter today and unexpectedly took in 2 dogs into our rescue.
We are a very small rescue.
We only are working with 7 awesome people willing to help save lives.
I stupidly thought others might want to help. After putting out so many pleas for help with these two... yep, you guessed it... NOT ONE PERSON !!!!!
Im disappointed, confused, mad, upset... you name it. The emotions are overflowing.
There really is such a tiny amount of people that really care and want to help save lives and we are blessed to have those with us.
Our rescue supplies everything needed to foster.
All you need to supply is LOVE... I guess thats even too hard to do... ugggg.

Foster/adopter needed !!!!
Rocky/Marble (answers to Marble) needs a place to rest for a bit.
This super sweet boy would love a lap to lay in.
Seems to be housebroken but not guaranteed.
Mable...
Shihtzu/Cairn terrier mix.
Approx 5 to 6 yrs old.
Approx 15 lbs (chubby)
Neutered male.
Heartworm neg.
Gets along with other dogs with slow intros.
No cats.
This boy is super sweet. Loveable, energetic and loves to lay on the couch.

URGENT....
Freedom rides for these three babies.
I went to the shelter to pick up one kitty and of course came home with two extra dogs.
He pups are now needing a foster.

Rocky: 5 yr old neutered male. Shihtzu/terrier mix.
13 lbs. Super sweet. Gets along with other dogs.
Playful.

C**t: 14 week old neutered male. Lab mix puppy.
Playful. Sweet. Smart.
12 lbs
