McAnally Middle School: Kade Pruitt, 8th Grade
Kade consistently demonstrates optimism through a positive attitude and determination, even when faced with significant challenges. As a student at McAnally Middle School, he remains focused on his goals and works steadily toward them, showing perseverance and resilience along the way. His ability to maintain hope and move forward in difficult situations inspires classmates and staff alike. Kade is a true example of optimism in action.

Our previous Warm Hearts events have benefitted so many worthy organizations over the years. Watching our donation pile grow each year is one of our favorite parts of the day! This year's beneficiaries all three were directly impacted by the tragic July 4th floods, and we hope, with your help, we can bring them a little Christmas cheer.💚❤️

"On July 4, 2025, 27 girls were tragically lost in the Kerr County floods at Camp Mystic. The Heaven’s 27 Foundation carries their vision forward, turning their spirit of joy and generosity into scholarships, community programs, and causes that build the future they imagined."

Donations for Heaven's 27 will be sorted and packaged into Comfort Boxes for the families. Whether it be a new stuffed animal to cuddle up with, journals to write and draw out their feelings, or picture frames to hold fond memories, it is our hope that these boxes may bring comfort to the siblings, friends, families, peers, and parishioners grieving the losses of these 27 angels.
