SOUTH SIDE NEIGHBORS, Do you recognize this person?

Another neighbor shared this security camera footage, this time at night.

The individual in this video appears similar to someone seen in the video we shared last week, but we cannot confirm whether it's the same person.

We're sharing it to ask our community for help. Do you recognize this individual?

If you have information that could help, please send us a private message. We'll forward any credible information to the homeowner or the appropriate  authorities.

Please do not identify or accuse anyone in the comments.

Whether these incidents are connected or not, they're a reminder that neighbors looking out for one another can make a real difference.

We'd also like to see increased presence of our neighborhood police (NPOs) officers to help keep Carter Park,  Rosemont,  and all South Side neighborhoods safe for our families and children.

Please share this Reel with your neighbors. One share could help identify this individual and prevent future incidents.

🚨 ROSEMONT NEIGHBORS: Do you recognize this person or vehicle?

This happened around 5:00 PM yesterday in the Rosemont neighborhood. A community member shared this home security footage after someone stole a ladder from their property in broad daylight.

If you recognize the individual or the vehicle, please send us a private message. We'll relay any credible information directly to the homeowner. Please avoid identifying or accusing anyone in the comments.

In the second video from a few days ago we also see a porch pirate during broad daylight.

We're paying high property taxes, but don't see the Return in our Investment in the form of security. Is this happening all over town or in some places more than others?

Share this Reel with your neighbors. One share could help identify the person responsible and prevent it from happening to someone else.

🚨 WAIT! There's a NEW option for Hemphill Street 🚦

Back in April, we had 3 choices.

Now there's a 4th Option: Plus 250 apartment units coming to the old Our Lady of Victory site.

South Side, remember, it took 20 years for Fairmount and Magnolia to become what they are today.
Will we continue allowing our community to get taxed out one neighbor at a time, or become the masters of our own destiny?

Take the City's Hemphill Street survey and tell them what YOU want for our community.

Share this Reel. Tag a neighbor. Let's make sure our community's voice is heard.

What are your thoughts? 👇🏽

And remember, we don't have a seat at the table, it's because we're on the menu!

🌳💚 COMMUNITY IN ACTION 💚🌳
A huge THANK YOU to Project Limpiar 🗑️ for organizing an incredible community cleanup at JMSL Park and along the trail connecting to Victory Forest Community Center! 🙌🏼

What started as a cleanup effort turned into a powerful reminder of what can happen when people come together for a cause bigger than themselves.

Throughout this come and go event, more than 20 community members showed up to help remove litter, beautify our neighborhood, and invest in the place we call home. Even more inspiring were the supporters who came from all over Fort Worth. Including one volunteer who traveled from Azle, Texas just to lend a hand! 💪🏼💚

Every bag of trash collected, every volunteer hour given, and every person who showed up made a real impact. Our community is stronger, cleaner, and more beautiful because of your efforts.

To everyone who participated: Thank You! Your commitment proves that community pride doesn't stop at neighborhood boundaries. It inspires people from across the region to get involved.

👏🏼 Special shoutout to Project Limpiar 🗑️ for leading by example and creating opportunities for everyday people to make a positive impact right where we live.

💚 If you were there, drop a 💚 in the comments.
🤝🏼 Tag someone who cares about our community.
📢 Like, Follow, and Share to help us reach every community member and grow this movement. Because when people show up, positive change follows.

➡️ Be sure to follow Project Limpiar 🗑️ and stay tuned for future collaborations and opportunities to serve our community together.

Every time a building comes down on Hemphill, someone else gets closer to owning our future.
Remember who lived in Fairmount before it became one of Fort Worth's most desirable neighborhoods?

🚨 Demolition has begun at the former Our Lady of Victory property on Hemphill.

New apartments are coming.
For years, developers and investors have recognized something many of us overlook: Hemphill is valuable.

This isn't just about one building. It's about who will shape the future of our community.

Will we continue watching others invest, buy, and profit from Hemphill?

Or will we begin organizing, planning, and creating opportunities for our own families and future generations?

Development is coming either way. Seminary Dr and McCart Ave won't be spared either.

The question is whether we'll be part of it or be left behind by it.

Are you ready to evolve for a better future?
