We are proud to provide training, and mentorship for opportunity challenged individuals through our Soul Tea Success Path TM Development Program. Our goal is to help remove barriers that prevent our clients from rising out of poverty and increase their socio-economic status for sustainability. We work closely with community partners to provide clients with basic life skills training, job readiness training, and an entrepreneurship certification. We also focus on empowering and elevating our clients by engrossing them in an environment where they know they are worthy, valued and loved

💚 October 10 is World Homeless Day, a time to remember that home is more than a roof. It is dignity, stability, belonging, and the chance to be seen for who you are and what you can become.

At Soul Tea Foundation, we believe people experiencing homelessness are worthy, valued, and loved. They are one of the five populations served through the Soul Tea Success Path™ Development Program, where job training, mentorship, and holistic support help people move toward meaningful employment and long-term stability.

Our founder’s journey from experiencing homelessness to becoming a licensed professional engineer is why Soul Tea Foundation was built on lived experience. It is also why we believe opportunity, not charity, is what changes a life.
