🐾 Cat of the Week: Pearlie 🐾

Pearlie is a beautiful girl who is finally getting to enjoy a life that’s all about her. After years of living outdoors and raising multiple litters of kittens, she’s discovering just how wonderful indoor life can be.

She loves cat trees, feather toys, cozy spots, and especially Churu treats. 😂 Pearlie is independent but enjoys being near her people and will happily rub against your legs when she’s feeling affectionate.

She’s looking for a patient, quieter home where she can continue coming out of her shell. A dog-free home with adults or older children would be best.

Pearlie has spent her life taking care of everyone else. Now it’s her turn to be spoiled. 🤍

Think you could handle a morning like this? You might be surprised how simple fostering can be. 💜

You don’t need a huge house, a ton of space, or tons of free time to make a difference. We have foster opportunities for different schedules, spaces, and comfort levels.

Some fosters help for just a few days. Others take in kittens or cats for a few weeks, help shy kitties build confidence, or stay with a cat all the way through adoption.

Every foster situation looks a little different, but the goal is always the same: give a cat a safe, loving place to land while they wait for their forever home.

🐾 Cat of the Week: Pfizer 🐾

Pfizer is a sweet, soft little gentleman who knows exactly what he likes: pets, laps, and sleeping in bed with his people. 🥹 He’s a smaller-than-average boy with the softest coat, adorable white socks, and a serious love for his humans.

He loves following his people around, curling up in their laps, and settling in for a cozy night in bed. Once he feels safe, his affectionate personality really shines.

Pfizer first came to Meowtown in 2021 after being found covered in oil. After a bath, everyone discovered his adorable little white socks! He was later adopted by a veteran as a support animal and spent years in the only home he really knew. Circumstances changed, and when he came back to Meowtown, he understandably needed some time to adjust, but he’s now back to his happy, confident self. 🤍

Pfizer does well with dogs and has a sweet side with kittens. He would do best in an adult-only home without other adult cats, where he can be the affectionate companion he was meant to be.

He’s already lost one home he loved. Now he’s looking for his forever home, preferably with a cozy couch, a warm bed, and plenty of pets. 🐾💙

🐾 Cat of the Week: Syrup 🐾

Meet Syrup at PetSmart Hurst! 🍯🤎

Syrup is a bold, energetic little kitten with a HUGE personality and absolutely no fear of adventure. If there’s something to explore, she’s probably already halfway up it! 😂

She’s curious, playful, and smart, and she loves climbing, wrestling with her siblings, and investigating everything around her. But as much as she loves adventure, she’s also a total people-kitten. She’ll run right over to her humans for attention and loves both playtime and cuddles. 🥹

Syrup does well with children and would likely love having another playful cat or kitten around, although she’s also great at entertaining herself. Her dream home would have plenty of toys, climbing spots, and people ready to keep up with her big personality!

If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate kitten with serious main-character energy, Syrup is your girl. 🍯🐾

🐾 Cat of the Week: Muffin 🐾

Muffin is a sweet, easygoing girl who likes doing her own thing but still loves being near her people. 🤍

Mornings are her favorite! She loves starting the day with pets and quiet time with her people, and once she feels safe, she’ll happily lean right in for attention.

Muffin gets along well with other cats, dogs, and children. She’s been living with her sister Cannoli, and while they aren’t bonded, they enjoy each other’s company. We’d love to see them go home together if the right opportunity comes along! 🥰

If you’re looking for a gentle girl to share your mornings with, Muffin may be your girl! 🧁🐾

🐾 Cat of the Week: Tulip 🐾.

Tulip is a beautiful tortoiseshell girl with a playful spirit and a gentle heart that’s still learning to trust.

One thing Tulip already loves is playtime. Bring out a toy and you’ll see her confidence shine. She is incredibly fun to watch as she chases, pounces, and entertains herself. Her playful side comes out quickly, and it’s easy to see the happy, curious kitten hiding beneath her shy exterior.

She’s looking for a patient adopter who will give her the time and space to build trust at her own pace. We have a feeling watching this sweet girl “bloom” is going to be pretty special. 🌷

🐾 Cat of the Week: Blue 🐾

Blue is a tiny, incredibly soft girl who takes a little time to trust. She may hang back at first, but once she decides you’re safe, she turns into the sweetest little purr box. 🥹

She loves quietly hanging out nearby and has even picked out her favorite bed for spending time with her people.

Blue would do best with a patient family who will let her come out of her shell at her own pace. She also does well with other cats, and her siblings Boomer and Pretty Kitty are available for adoption too!

If you’re willing to earn her trust, Blue will show you just how special she is. 💙
