❤️ Meet Our Administrative Vice President, Meredith Lynch! ❤️

Meredith has been part of the Junior League for more than 15 years, first joining the Junior League of Dallas before transferring to the Junior League of Fort Worth (JLFW). Throughout her League journey, she has served in a variety of leadership roles, built some of her closest friendships and gained experiences that have shaped her both personally and professionally.

What Meredith values most about JLFW are the relationships she has built and the impact League women make throughout the Fort Worth community. She is grateful for all the League has taught her over the years and for the opportunity to serve alongside women who share a commitment to making a meaningful difference.

Professionally, Meredith serves as Director of People Development for Storm Guard, where she coaches franchise owners across the country on hiring, engaging and retaining great employees. Her passion for team engagement and development is something she brings to her League service as well.

As Administrative Vice President, Meredith is excited to support the people and operations behind JLFW while creating opportunities for Members to connect, contribute and grow.
