This is Valentina. She is an 8th grader, and she is one of our 2026-2027 Merit Scholarship winners. She recently performed Chopin’s Prelude in E Minor at our 2026 Celebration Concert.

Valentina has taken lessons for 3 years at the Academy under several teachers, including Diane Whitacre, Owen Kaiser, and Rochelle Linnemeier. Currently she is taking lessons under Rochelle on piano and violin.

It’s time to clean out your drawers and toy box. This summer's Fine Arts Camp needs random objects 3 inches in size and smaller for an all-camp group project. Items such as keys, buttons, beads, spools, legos, jewelry, small toys and figures would be appreciated. The final constructed piece will be displayed for all to see after the camp in June. There will be a container for the collection of your items in the church lobby. Thanks for your help with this project.
