We promote the sciences at USF and in the community by providing support through meetings, activities and events. The purpose of the club includes but is not limited to: linking students to the American Chemical Society and other professional organizations, uniting science students, supporting their field of study, and allowing students to network with professionals in their field. We believe in a

chieving that purpose while bringing change through leadership and service. 1. Members are encouraged to be present at majority of meetings, events and activities.
2. $2 in dues will be collected from each member.
3. The club is open to any USF student and USF Chemistry or related degree holding alumni.
4. An election will be held for all offices every year at the end of a Friday seminar. Candidates must submit a verbal statement of interest at the beginning of the election.
5. Elections have to be announced at the beginning of the election seminar, loudly and from the stage so that people in the back can hear.
6. A quorum will be defined as the presence of 4 or more members at a meeting.
