Tuesday night’s ride took us to New Haven for their National Night Out at Schnelker Park — and the K9 demo stole the show. 🐾🚔 Great turnout, great cause, and a great reminder of why nights like this matter: connecting our community with the first responders who show up for us every day. Last night’s Tuesday ride took a turn we didn’t expect — and it’s exactly why we do this.

A new supporter asked if we’d ride by his relative’s house for Clint, who’s currently on hospice, just to rev our engines and lift his spirits from his bedroom window. That was the plan.

Then two of our riders got held up at a gas station on the way. So the rest of us stopped, waited… and ended up walking into Clint’s home instead. What started as a quick ride-by turned into real conversation at his bedside. Our chaplain prayed over him. His family was already outside waiting when we pulled up, and their gratitude said everything.

We ride for a lot of reasons. Last night reminded us that sometimes the most important part of the ride isn’t the miles — it’s who’s waiting at the end of them.

When you are at an event and stop at a booth. What are things you often purchase? For example, shirts, koozies, poker chips, patches, etc. What are you excited to see or looking for?
