Join us for the Historic Harrison Hill Kids Fest this Saturday, June 13th from 1–3 PM at Triangle Park!

Bring the whole family for an afternoon of fun featuring:

🍧 Snow Cones
🎨 Face Painting
🫶 Friendship Bracelets
🫧 Giant Bubbles
🍿 Popcorn

📚 We’re also collecting gently used books to help stock the park’s Free Little Library for summer reading!

Dumpster Day is here!

🕗 container will arrive by 8:00 AM at Triangle Park and will be picked up between 12:00–2:00 PM.
✅ You can toss general household and yard debris.
❌ Please remember—no hazardous materials, electronics, tires, liquids, or appliances with Freon.

⚠️ Important: Don’t overfill the dumpster, and make sure debris doesn’t stick out above the sides. Latex paint must be dried out before disposal.

🌱🌸🪏May is here, and so is the newsletter! Printed newsletters will be arriving on doorsteps this weekend.

A couple highlights:
🪧 Yard of the Week starts this month.
🌳 Citizen Match Tree program is going on now. If you do not have the space in your own park strip but would like to sponsor a tree to build the neighborhood canopy, please reach out!
👥 Volunteers are needed for our Grounds Clean Up Day and Kids Fest. Please consider lending a hand to help these events run smoothly!
♻️ Dumpster Day is May 30th.
🧾 Past due invoices for 2026 dues will be sent next month. Please submit your payment if it is still outstanding.

Our wonderful Historic Oakdale neighbors are offering this service to ‘07 residents this Saturday. Our neighborhood Dumpster Day will take place later this month, so please use this opportunity to dispose of limbs! Thank you, Oakdale 🏡🤝

Hey, neighbors! We rented a wood chipper with haul away service for the Great American Cleanup this Saturday, May 2, from 9-11 a.m.

Please bring your big limbs, stick piles or spent Christmas trees to our lot at 519 Kinsmoor Ave. (the parking lot behind Wunderkammer and Colombian Delights on Fairfield Ave.)

If you're in Oakdale Neighborhood, we can have one of our crews pick up too. Message or comment where we need to go and specify street or alley.

We are offering this service to other neighborhoods too but not pickup service. Help free up space in the other neighborhood dumpsters by bringing these items to our lot.

A special shoutout to our paid members who help us offer this service to the neighborhood and our 07 neighbors. Thank you!!!

Welcome, February ❄️ This month’s newsletter will be digital only and we will resume delivery next month!

This month tends to move a little slower as we hunker down for winter, but lots is happening behind the scenes. We’re busy writing grants and updating our welcome packets for new neighbors. 📝👋

💬💙Even in the colder months, let’s keep connecting and checking in with one another. We’re already looking ahead to spring, when we can gather and enjoy the outdoors together.

2926 dues were due Jan 31st, so please make sure yours are up to date so we can continue supporting a vibrate and well connected community 🙌🌟

Happy New Year, neighbors!

Thanks to your generosity, our Community Harvest Food Drive collected an incredible 2,213 pounds of food, providing 1,844 meals for families in need, wow! 🥫✨

We also loved celebrating the season with a whimsical Holiday Lights & Hayride night, complete with falling snow, hot cocoa, and festive neighborhood cheer. 🎄❄️

📅 Join us for the Neighborhood Association Meeting on January 12 at 7 PM (Harrison Hill Elementary, Door 2).
🧹 Winter reminder: Sidewalks must be cleared by 9:00 a.m. after snowfall for everyone’s safety.
💵 2026 neighborhood dues ($25) are due by January 30.
