Team Lantz-Walk MS Northeast Indiana This is the team page for Team Lantz where friends and family can share their experiences with MS and to keep updated on fundraising efforts.

We've formed a team for Walk MS because we want to experience a great event and help the National MS Society fund research, advocate for change, and help people with MS. We believe in this cause. Can we count on your support? Walk MS is a day that brings friends, families, and coworkers together to embrace an important cause. Join us and participate together to make a powerful statement and a real difference for those you care about. Each step we take brings us closer to a world free of MS.

I wanted to let members of Team Lantz know that I am cancelling the annual walking event this year. I will still be participating as a WalkMS volunteer and I encourage everyone to do so too.

This is a worthy cause and I feel that I can do so much more to advocate for those who suffer more from the effects of MS than I do.

This year I want to participate in Muckfest in either Chicago or Detroit. It's a mud run designed for sufferers of MS and their supporters. I hope you can still support me through donating to the MS Society.

I will continue to update everyone on my condition and area MS happenings. Throughout the year and leading up to the Muckfest event.

I want to thank everyone who walked with me in the past. It was uplifting to have you by my side as I go through this journey. I cherish each and everyone of you.

Dear Friends and Team Lantz team mates,

It's only one week until the Walk MS event. I have been looking forward to this for a while and I can't wait to see all of you.

Just a few notes:
Remember that the walk starts at 9 a.m. Saturday May 16th. It would be nice if everyone can meet at Headwaters no later than 8:45. Once you get there don't forget to check in.

I am picking up the team shirts on Monday. If you would like to have yours before the walk on Saturday let me know and we can make arrangements. Otherwise, come to the pre-Walk party at the Green Frog Friday night or wait until Saturday morning and you can get your shirt then.

If you have anything orange that is silly and fun, be sure to wear it. It is a fun walk and the participants really get into it. Let's show them that we are just as silly.

I will see everyone bright at early next Saturday.

Hello friends and team mates.
It's just a short 19 days until the Walk MS event at Headwaters Park. I'm so looking forward to seeing all of you.

Latest news:

The t-shirts have been ordered and looks like they will be here on time. Its a great design and all of you are going to look great in them.

Although we have fallen short of last years total, fundraising has been great and everybody has helped me pass my goal. Great job guys!

I mentioned in passing a couple weeks ago, but I would like to get together the night before the walk for a small pre-walk party at the Green Frog. If everyone is up for it, I will reserve a table for us. Come on out and karaoke, or watch me be goofy and karaoke. Either way it will be a great time. I hope everyone can make it.

Hello friends and teammates.
I know it's been awhile since the last update so let's get caught up.
First the T-shirt design is done! It's simple yet straight to the point. I can't wait for the reveal. I'll need to start taking orders for the shirt. Btw, I am getting a real deal from Classic Products Corp, so a big shout out to them.
I was hoping to give the shirts away for free, but with as many team members that Team Lantz is going to have, it might be a small strain on my wallet. So if anyone would like to donate any amount to help relieve the cost that would be truly awesome.
Last thing on the shirts, I need everyone's shirt size by next weekend April 4th or 5th because I'll be ordering them the following week.

Other news:
If you haven't already, start gathering up your orange accessories make sure you do. Let's make a great statement at this year's walk that Team Lantz is the funnest group of crazies in northeast Indiana.
Anything will do, face paint, tutu's, lei's, pompoms, noise makers, whatever.

Spring seems to be making an appearance, so this years walk is hopefully warmer than last years. Let's cross our fingers.
