To all our Association residents that have Republic Services - we have been made aware that our updated contract terms have not been applied properly to remove the Fuel Recovery Fee. The August statements included the Fuel Recovery Fee - we made Republic Services aware of this billing error and have requested that each homeowner/residential bill be adjusted to credit the Fuel Recovery Fee. Republic Services Billing team is working to issue credits now.

For reference: The Association pricing contract with Republic Services was renegotiated and is more competitive now.
Pricing Breakdown:
1 Waste Can is $54 per quarter
2 Waste Cans (no recycling) is $65.76 per quarter.
1 Waste Can + 1 Recycling Can is $81 per quarter.
No Fuel Recovery Fee for any of the options.

Reminder - Our Semi-Annual Association Garage Sale date is September 10, 11 & 12th.
We have organized garage dates twice per year - Spring & Fall. Garage Sales are Not permitted on any other dates per our Association Covenant & Restrictions.
