I just received a call from Trainer Becky Levi.

She has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She has a long road ahead of her.

She was instrumental in helping start our program .

We are establishing a GoFundMe page in support of the Chelsea Hyndman Family who unexpectedly lost their son, Jamison. Even though there is nothing that can take away the pain, we would like to help their family with the costs and expenses of the funeral. Losing a child is unimaginable and would like to help take some of the expenses off their minds.

Today the FWSW Alumni got together at the new CULTure Gym (Formerly Spiece Fitness) and got a tour as well as a 1 hour class. They also spoke with Michael Barnett, Owner of Cleaneatz located on Illinois Road behind Target. Everyone that attended recieved a FREE 1 month membership for February. A huge shout out to the owner Todd of CULTure Gym, Hannah and everyone that made us feel welcome!

We're here today at the new CULTure gym formerly Spiece Fitness for a bit of a reunion of sorts. We did an hour class and everybody's getting a tour of the new facility as well as meeting some folks from Clean Eatz getting some good goodies from them and for coming today they got a free month to the gym.
