The neighborhood garage sale will be May 30-31. Camelot will also have theirs that weekend, Oakhurst will not be having a spring garage sale.

The association garage sale will be Thursday Jun 6, Friday Jun 7 and Saturday Jun 8. Both Oakhurst and New Glenwood will also be having garage sales that weekend.

There was a tablet found at one of the entrances to the neighborhood. If you are missing a tablet and can identify, please do so.

The fall association garage sale will be Sept 22-23. We will post in the paper as well as online garage sale sites. We found that the surrounding associations will also be having their sales that same weekend so went with that for the increased traffic in the area.

While you may have a garage sale any time, the association garage sale will be the first weekend of June, Thur-Sat.

There were many houses this year that looked amazing, thank you to all who participated. In years past, it was voted that if you won, you couldn't win again for 3 years. In the upcoming week, I am going to create a poll where you all can vote to either keep that rule or change it. *Reminder, we are still looking to add members to the board. We currently still only have 2.*

The judging for the holiday lighting contest will be Friday Dec 23 from 7-9pm. Our original judges fell through and we had to reschedule to find a new group to judge. Make sure to have your lights on Friday in order to compete!!

Hello, wanted to post an update on the Trier entrance sign. We attempted to remove the graffiti, but it actually removed the paint on the sign itself. We have sent an email to the company that originally built that sign and are awaiting a quote before we can move forward.
