Delta Sigma Pi Iota Lambda Chapter - Purdue Fort Wayne A business fraternity that provides students with opportunities to practice leadership skills as well as expand their network in the business world.

Delta Sigma Pi is a professional business fraternity open to all business and organizational leadership students, men and women, here on the IPFW campus. We bring together young adults who share goals, common values, and a pursuit for professional excellence. We build bonds of friendships which can be described as "not just four years...for life". The Iota Lambda chapter of Delta Sigma Pi focuses on three main goals: Professional Evolution, Community Involvement, and Social Activity.

"Tell me a story" is my favorite questions to ask since it helps me understand the candidate's ability to deal with the unexpected" - Said Ashley Hall, the HR Generalist of Fasnap.

"Wherever I go, I would go straight to the point and ask my manager what I did right, which area I need to improve,..."- Said Zach Harants, a software support at Credit Unions. Thanks to the to-learn attitude, he completed training faster than other people in every position.

The initiation ceremony for Fall 2016 will be held in Neff Hall 101. Please arrive by 5.30pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 6.00PM. Please contact President José Casas or Chancellor Macey Lapp with questions or for additional information. All brothers and alumni are welcome. Food will be served following the event in LA 35 C. THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL DRESS EVENT AND IT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL COLLEGIATE BROTHERS. Please invite your professors if you have classes with any that are Faculty Alumni as well as any alumni brothers your are in contact with. See you all there!
