A LIMITED OPPORTUNITY TO CREATE A LASTING LEGACY

Our Veterans Columbarium is now complete. With only 128 niches available—and 28 already sold—just 100 remain.

This is a unique opportunity for a Veteran and their spouse to have a permanent resting place within our Veterans Memorial Park, surrounded by memorials dedicated to honoring the service and sacrifice of America’s Veterans.

The proceeds from niche sales will be placed into a long-term endowment-type trust to help sustain the Veterans National Memorial Shrine and Museum for generations to come. These funds will help provide for essential expenses such as utilities, maintenance and the continued upkeep of our buildings, memorials and grounds.

By choosing a niche here, you are not only securing a special place for yourself and your spouse—you are helping preserve this Veterans Memorial Park for those who come after us.

We would be glad to personally meet with any Veteran or family interested in learning more, answer any questions, and provide a tour of the completed columbarium.

Martin Carbaugh was on hand to honor three current members and one past member of our Executive Board with the prestigious Circle of Corydon Award.

While each of these individuals was honored for their service and dedication, they were quick to acknowledge that everything we accomplish at the Veterans National Memorial Shrine and Museum is truly a team effort.

Our success would not be possible without the dedication of our entire Board of Directors and, most importantly, our tremendous group of volunteers who continually give their time, talents, and hearts to our mission.

This recognition belongs to all of you as well. We honor and thank every board member and volunteer who helps us continue our mission of honoring and remembering our nation’s Veterans.

This weekend, we were honored to host the 1st Battalion 330th Regiment Ceremony of “Casing the Colors”. This is a traditional ceremony held by United States Army commands to retire the unique guidons or “Colors” of a Unit which is being deactivated, honoring the unit, its members, and its history of service.
