Here’s some clarity on the Safeguarding Youth Training:

***This still applies to a few dozen as of 6/3****
🎓 Old YPT (no 90-minute course completed)?
➡️ Full 90-minute course required

***If you took right after release last year, this matters to you***
⏰ 90-minute course expired more than 6 days ago?
➡️ Full 90-minute course required

🔄 90-minute course expired 6 days or less OR still active?
➡️ Refresher course assigned

📧 Renewal emails will direct participants to “My Training”, where they can select “Take Course” or “Retake Course”. The system will automatically guide them to the correct training based on their status.

⚠️ Important note - Anyone who has completed only the refresher without ever completing the full 90-minute course will still need to complete the full course. Clearing the browser cache may be necessary to ensure the “Retake Course” button routes correctly.

Failure to complete this required training will result in revocation of your Scouting membership.

​A huge THANK YOU to all the brave witches and wizards who joined us for this weekend’s Harry Potter Camporee! 🏰✨
​Despite the muddy grounds and chilly temperatures, you showed true Gryffindor courage and Hufflepuff loyalty. Watching everyone navigate the "Forbidden Forest" (aka our soggy campsite) with such high spirits made the weekend truly magical. It turns out a little rain is no match for a Scout with a wand and a sense of adventure! ⛈️🧙‍♂️
