Corbin Place Home Owners,

It has come to our attention that someone has vandalized multiple properties in our neighborhood. Last night, they were defaced with a paintball gun using orange paintballs. If you have a camera and can look through any footage from last night we would appreciate the assistance. If your home was vandalized, please file a police report. These reports will provide a record so that when the perpetrator is identified, there will be further evidence of their actions. Thank you for your assistance.

For your planning: there is going to be a road closure between Lima and Shearwater Run. The road will close beginning Aug. 19 through Dec. 31.

Drivers are advised to utilize Hathaway and Corbin roads or find an alternate route.

Thank you so much to those dog walkers who clean up after their pet. Please remember to only throw it away in your trash can and not a neighbors. Let’s be considerate of each other.

Please be considerate neighbors! We had an incident reported last evening of young teenage boys ringing doorbells and running. In particular, it happened at one home three times in 20 minutes. As we do have many elderly residents, this was very disturbing. We do not want to have to contact the authorities, but we will if we continue to get more reports of this happening. Thank you.

Please remember to keep your dog in a fenced in yard or on a leash. We have had reports of unleashed dogs charging families walking around the neighborhood. Thank you for your consideration of others.
