☀️ We would like to wish all the student's in our addition an official Happy Summer Vacation and congrats on completing another school year!

We have had some inquiries if we have heard about the proposed development behind our addition (off Carroll Road, across from Pathway Church).

As of this morning, the Allen County Surveyors Office has not received any permit requests/modifications to address the sewage concerns since the initial project proposal from January 2024.

We have a little more than half of HOA Dues turned in for 2025. Please get your dues sent in by mail and received no later than Friday, January 31st, 2025 to avoid late fees. Thank you!

Just a friendly reminder that per Section 20.3 of the HOA Covenants, residents assume all risk and liability of all common spaces including the pond area.

There has been an increase in sightings of children on the frozen pond. Please remind your child(ren) to stay away as the pond may not be frozen and could lead to dangerous outcomes. Thank you!
