Allen County Partnership for Water Quality Stormwater and Water Resources Education and Outreach The Allen County Partnership for Water Quality (ACPWQ) was created in 2002.

As the education and outreach arm of local stormwater-oriented agencies, the ACPWQ promotes stormwaterand water resource awareness. Most of this is done in schools, fairs and festivals but the ACPWQ is available for any group wishing to know more about our precious water resources.
