Waynedale’s future is moving from planning into implementation.

In his Councilman’s Corner column, Dr. Scott Myers reflects on the Waynedale 2040 Neighborhood Plan, a long-range effort shaped by roughly 1,000 active residents and another 2,000 online participants. The plan focuses on safer connections, sidewalks, lighting, trails, public spaces, small business growth, redevelopment, neighborhood associations, youth development, and celebrating Waynedale’s unique identity.

As the plan moves toward full adoption by Fort Wayne City Council, see what goals are being prioritized and how residents helped shape the next chapter for Waynedale: http://dlvr.it/TSmsXn
