The festival takes place each year on the third FULL weekend of September.

WARNING - DO NOT engage with anyone telling you they have "vendor spots" available and to message them. They are all spammers trying to get your money. We do NOT engage with you in that fashion. The applications on our website are the ONLY way to submit for the JAF Festival.

2026 Application pages are now live on our website for you to review. Applications will go live tomorrow, the 1st. As a reminder, our festival is by invitation only. Feel free to review our rules and requirements. NEW applicants - please read the vendor guidelines page. Modern style vendors are not accepted. New vendor applications will be reviewed and considered by area chairpersons.
2026 Application Fees - After almost 10 years, we finally had to raise our application fees for all areas. The increase is reasonable and in line with other festivals. As a reminder - we are a 501(c)(3) and our end goal is to provide a family friendly community festival for all to enjoy.
