Welcome, Dr. Jen!

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Jen Asuquo, pediatrician, to Alliance Health Centers at the Fort Wayne Urban League !

Dr. Jen cares for children from birth through young adulthood, with a focus on the whole child. From well-child visits and preventive care to acute and chronic conditions, she considers the physical, emotional, social, and developmental needs of every child and family she serves.

You can catch Dr. Jen at our Fort Wayne Urban League location Tuesday through Friday.

Our CEO, Dr. Nikki King, was recently featured by Whatzup, pictured here at our newest Alliance Health Centers location, the Fort Wayne Urban League.

Since joining Alliance in 2023, Dr. King has helped expand Alliance from one location to 13+ clinics, with each location shaped around the needs of the community it serves.

One of the things that stood out to us in this feature is Dr. King’s vision for Alliance:

“How do we connect every single possible thing to get people whatever they need to be healthy?”

That vision is reflected in the way Alliance continues to build partnerships, expand access, and bring care directly into the communities we serve.

Dr. King also speaks about Fort Wayne’s health care landscape, saying the city “punches way above its weight class” and sharing how welcomed she has felt by the community.

We’re proud of the work happening across Alliance and grateful for the community partners who continue to help us make that work possible.

Stacy can help children and adults with a variety of concerns, including asthma, seasonal and environmental allergies, recurring allergy symptoms, chronic cough or breathing concerns, and immune-related conditions. She can also help patients better understand their triggers, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing symptoms so they can breathe easier and feel their best.

Meet some of the faces you’ll see at the Fort Wayne Urban League Alliance clinic!

Behind every great clinic is a team committed to caring for our community—and we’re just getting started.

Dr. Lisa Bergeron, Developmental Pediatrician, brings more than 30 years of experience assessing and treating children with developmental disorders, helping families find answers, support, and hope. During today’s ribbon cutting, she shared that she has long dreamed of a clinic where interdisciplinary providers work side by side to deliver truly comprehensive care. Today, that vision became a reality.

Natima Alexander, CNM, provides compassionate midwifery care for women across the lifespan.

Our behavioral health team includes Clinical Supervisor Erica Woodward, LCSW, along with therapists Faith Benson, LSW, Takia Arrington, LSW, and Gabrielle Washington, LSW, who are dedicated to providing accessible, culturally responsive mental health care.

You’ll also see therapists from our Lafayette Medical Center and Rescue Mission locations collaborating across Alliance Health Centers to ensure patients receive seamless care throughout our community.

Also thank you to Mayor Mayor Sharon Tucker for attending.

We’re also excited to welcome additional providers and staff as we continue building an integrated medical and behavioral health team focused on caring for the whole person.

Clinic #13 is officially open! ✂️🎉

Today we celebrated the ribbon cutting of Alliance Health Centers’ newest location in partnership with the Fort Wayne Urban League.

We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to our community partners, the WindSwell Foundation, Fort Wayne Urban League , the Alliance Health Centers Board of Directors, Mayor Sharon Tucker, and everyone who joined us to celebrate this milestone and make this expansion possible.
