Here's an interesting article about "crutch" words, which is a good read for all speakers (and especially those who serve as ah-counters and grammarians).

Like, crutch words are cluttering up your vocabulary. Honestly you should work to cut out these annoying words. Literally.

One of our members will be in a free reenactment of Lux Theater's Miracle on 34th Street on Sat and Sun 12/15 and 12/16 at the Upper Dublin Public Library. Shows are at 11 and 2 on Saturday and at 2 on Sunday. Appropriate for the whole family.
