Goose Island is offering refunds for two of its renowned Bourbon County beers due to "flavors that are not consistent with our expectation of how these beers should taste," the brewery said Friday.

One our brewers, at The Destin Beer Festival yesterday serving up some good libations. There were also a couple other local homebrewers that tapped some of their own kegs. As always, thanks to Hop Heads for supplying the connections and ingredients to make this a great day for a beer lover!

A brew is going down this weekend. Zack is going to try his hand at a Belgian Saison. Lighting the fire 10:00 Sunday. Also, the electric smoker will be going. OBC will be hosting the Annual AHA Big Brew Event 2015 next Saturday May 2nd at Hop Heads in the back Brewing area! Let's have a great turnout! Anyone intersested in joining in are welcome to come. Ok OBC, Crestview has a brew day set up for this weekend. Chris Lenhardt will be brewing an AG batch at his house and has welcomed anyone interested to stop by. He is starting the batch around 10AM and will have the grill pulled out also. Bring anything you'd like to throw on the grill and let's have some fun brewing beer!
