Impact100 of Northwest Florida, Inc. Imagine what might be accomplished for our community when we come together determined to make a difference...

The idea is simple: a minimum of 100 women will pay dues of $1,000 each, so that collectively these dues form a $100,000 grant to fund a community need. The members of Impact100 NWF each determine the level of their personal involvement -- whether they want to just write a membership check, or read and evaluate grants and visit the grant applicants’ projects. Most importantly, 100% of each membe

r's contribution is awarded to non-profit organizations, with none of that contribution going to administrative costs.

💜SPOTLIGHT FRIDAY:

In 2023, EOD Warrior Foundation received a $100,000 grant from Impact100.

“For over two decades, the EOD Community has called this area home and lived by the motto ... It starts here, comes back time & time again, and ends here. Because of this belief and commitment, the EOD Community is fully integrated into Okaloosa and Walton Counties ... starting their own business, taking leadership roles in local companies and area service organizations, and volunteering at multiple area non- profits.”

💜BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEMBER SPOTLIGHT:

Suzy Smith, a Colorado native and a graduate of the University of Colorado/Boulder, spent most of her adult life in Atlanta, GA where she was a top luxury real estate agent and a mom. She was actively involved in numerous nonprofits, including leadership roles with the Junior League of Atlanta, the Atlanta Symphony Associates, Ronald McDonald Charities and more. With a proven track record in sales and marketing, Suzy has brought organizational efficiencies to every role she had had.

Since 2007, Suzy and her husband, Ed, have called Sandestin a home away from home. It took five moves and three home renovations for them to get here to call it their full-time home and they haven’t looked back. Giving back to every community they have lived has been a priority and Impact 100 is the perfect opportunity to give back here. Suzy’s prior roles on both the Health and Wellness and Family grant committees were eye opening to demonstrate the vast needs in our community. She looks forward to a great year ahead on the Grant Review committee.
