Fosters Needed!

💙🐾 As summer approaches, we are entering dumping season for dogs. We must have fosters to help. If you’ve fostered for GDR in the past or might be considering it, now is the time to get started. We cover all veterinary care, and food if needed. Feel free to reach out. We would love to discuss fostering with you.

💙🐾These are just a few of our recently adopted dogs in their forever homes. Every one of these happy endings was possible because someone volunteered to become a foster.

🐾 Fosters Shotzy and Greta checking in! Here a few words from Foster Mom 🐾

Shotzy and Greta are the sweetest pair of foster dogs you could ever meet. These two beautiful red pups are true Velcro dogs who always want to be close to their people and their foster pack. They get along wonderfully with everyone in the home and absolutely adore being part of the family. Shotzy and Greta are constantly giving each other little kiss kisses and snuggling side by side, showing just how much they love one another. They are gentle, affectionate, and happiest when they are near their humans, whether they’re cuddling on the couch or following you from room to room. They also love to play with toys and bring a fun, playful energy wherever they go. Their sweet personalities and loving hearts make them impossible not to fall in love with.

3 years ago I decided my foster Heidi wasn’t leaving! Happy Adoptaversary! She’s sweet. She’s silly. She loves chasing squirrels and bunnies and is the perfect addition to our family.

Since Daffodil has passed she is now head dog of the house and is helping fosters feel safe and loved!
