🌽⚠️ Major changes are coming to pesticide labels under the Endangered Species Act (ESA).

Over the next 15 years, EPA will roll out new mitigation requirements tied to pesticide applications, including runoff, spray drift, and geographic restrictions designed to protect endangered species.

NCGA is actively working to ensure growers’ voices are heard throughout the process and that implementation remains practical, transparent, and science-based.

Growers are encouraged to stay informed as new label requirements continue rolling out.
