Sometimes healing starts with the smallest acts of kindness.

After the Jackson family returned home from the hospital following a serious crash in Madison County earlier this year, Area 15 Trooper A. Branham visited the children with special gifts: VSP Trooper Teddies and hats.

For children recovering from traumatic moments, a teddy bear can represent comfort, safety, and hope during a difficult time.

Most importantly, the Jackson siblings are continuing to recover both physically and emotionally, and their smiles are a powerful reminder of the resilience that can follow tragedy.
