Fort Smith Noon Exchange Club Focused on Family, Community, and Country, Fort Smith Noon Exchange Club has supported the region for a century through volunteerism and service.

Fort Smith Noon Exchange Club is a civic organization comprised of men and women working together to make the community a better place to live. This is accomplished through programs of service in Americanism, volunteerism, youth activities, and the organization's national project, the prevention of child abuse. Fort Smith Noon Exchange is a member of the National Exchange Club, a service organization that boasts more than 700 clubs across the country and more than 20,000 members. Its core values are Family, Community, and Country, which are held by each Exchange member with pride and commitment. Local projects include:
*Sponsorship of Girls, Inc. Summer Camp

*Book of Golden Deeds Award

*Award-winning partnership with Beard Elementary School through the Fort Smith Public Schools Partners in Education Program

*Annual awards program recognizing local emergency responders including law enforcement, firefighters and EMTs

🎉 It's time for another "Field Trip Friday!" 🎉

We are heading to the Chaffee Crossing Historic District this Friday, October 16. Director Jennifer Seaton-Rambo will provide a guided tour of the Historic District's Museum. Those who can stay a little longer will also have the opportunity to tour the Vietnam Veterans Museum. This tour will be led by Michael Hicks, a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran.

The program will begin with lunch at Fort Smith Brewing Company. Immediately after, we'll embark on the tours.

This past weekend, Fort Smith Noon Exchange Club said farewell to a much-loved and valued member who was part of our club for more than 50 years. "Wild Bill" Engles was remembered for his generosity, ingenuity, and humor. At Bill's memorial, Club President Mark Allen and Fort Smith Police Chief and Exchangite Danny Baker were among several community leaders who shared memorable stories about Bill.

We are grateful for the many ways Bill invested in our Club and community. He will be dearly missed. ❤

Legendary Fort Smith Noon Exchange Club member Bill Engles passed away earlier this week. A Fort Smith native, "Wild Bill" was a longtime business owner and philanthropist, known for his humor and generosity. He was a member of our Club for more than 50 years and was awarded our Book of Golden Deeds Award this past March.

Bill will be greatly missed by many in our club and community. Please keep his family in your prayers.

Join us this Friday, October 9 as we welcome United Way of Fort Smith President and CEO Shea Foldvary as our guest speaker!

The United Way of Fort Smith Area provides funding, advocacy, and volunteers to 31 Partner Agencies in Sebastian, Crawford, Franklin, and Logan counties in Arkansas and Sequoyah and LeFlore counties in Oklahoma. Every year, over 700,000 individual services are provided to citizens of all ages in the community.
