🌻 A Day in the Garden
Thursday June 4
10:00 am - 11:30 am
In collaboration with the Arkansas River Valley Master Gardeners and Fort Smith Museum of History, join us for a day in the garden! The program will start at the Museum of History for story time, then transition to Fort Smith Historic Site for garden talks
and planting stations. Finish back at the Museum of History for snacks!

💥 Join the Artillery with Ranger Cody
Saturday June 6
10:00 am - 11:30 am
Join Ranger Cody as he discusses the Civil War at Fort Smith and the BIG guns they fired! Try on the equipment, bark the orders, and learn how to fire a real cannon! Finish the program with park volunteers firing the cannon on your order!

Saturday June 20
10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Join Ranger Ava for a bird walk around the grounds to see what critters you can spot! After, enjoy crafts and activities in our classroom.

📗 Junior Ranger Day
Saturday June 27
10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Explore the exhibits and fill out the Junior Ranger activity booklet to earn a badge! Junior Ranger crafts, activities, and collectibles will be available in our classroom from 10 am - 1 pm or while supplies last. This is a come and go as you please program.

The Fort Smith Boys & Girls Clubs is proud to offer FREE Meals during the Summer for all children under 18 as part of our Summer Food Service Program. These will be served daily Monday - Friday from 5/27 - 7/31

Breakfast will be served from 8:30am - 9:30 am at the following Units:
Evans Unit - 6015 Boys Club Lane
Jeffrey-Glidewell Unit - 4905 North 'O' Street
Goldtrap Unit - 8800 Dallas Street
Stephens Unit - 3101 North 6th Street

Lunch will be served from 12 - 1pm at the following Units:

Monday was Career Day at Cook Elementary! Our DFC Program Director got to talk to several classes about only taking medication as prescribed and who are trusted adults.
Classes had the opportunity to sign posters stating They “Choose to be Drug Free!” 💙🛡️⭐️
