What you need and need to know to be a part of the festivities:
PERMITS & LICENSES

Current documents should be uploaded as part of your Vendor Event Application. If you don't have current documents (or they'll expire before the event) you can upload what you have as a placeholder and we can update documents later.
Fort Smith Business License – Email [email protected] if you don’t have one or need to renew.
State of Arkansas Health Certificate
Fort Smith Parks Permit – Contact Amber Plank at [email protected] to get one.

Today, we all in the River Valley stand with the family and community of those lost in the tragic fire early this morning in Greenwood. The community not only lost 3 lives, but they lost a mother, friends, two students, a tremendously talented student-athlete, and family. Greenwood always holds a special place in my heart, as it’s my hometown, and where I am raising my children. However, the River Valley is our home. As you go about your day, your week, Halloween, and the next month, remember this family, our community, Greenwood Public Schools, and Greenwood. Just as importantly, remember the administration there, especially Coach Chris Young, as he counsels, consoles, and mends his team. Remember always

Ryan happened to stumble upon this place, Rollin' Smoke BBQ, this afternoon while he was out. He said the pulled pork with the slaw was amazing!!🤩 The baked beans were really good, and the folks running it were super friendly.

If you don’t know where this is; head south down Hwy 71, turn right on to Hwy 10, towards Hackett, then left on AR-253. They’re not very far down the road, you can’t miss them.

Made a stop by The Bakery District to find some lunch. Decided to check out this guy, ( https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100092312562039&mibextid=LQQJ4d ) and get a blackened chicken quesadilla. Lemme tell ya, it’s GOOD!
