💕 Introducing the Fostering Change Girls Program!

We’re excited to officially introduce our Fostering Change Girls Program! ✨

Like our Boys Program, this space has been shaped by hard work, dedication, and love over the past year. Every detail was thoughtfully created with the girls we serve in mind. Designed to serve 16 girls through Community Reintegration.

Our Girls Program provides a safe, supportive environment focused on growth, healing, confidence, and successful community reintegration. 💕🌸

A special shoutout to our friend Paige for creating beautiful murals in the girls’ bathrooms! 🎨✨ Designed to build confidence, promote self-esteem, and remind every girl of her worth. We also love the artwork lining our halls by Lilly's Murals and More bringing warmth and personality to our space.

We believe the right environment can make a difference. We wanted our girls to feel seen, valued, and capable.

We’re so proud of how far Fostering Change has come and look forward to sharing this journey with you!✨

💙 Introducing Fostering Change Boys Program!

We are SO excited to finally introduce you to the Fostering Change Boys Program! 🎉

Over the last year, we have poured countless hours of hard work, sweat, dedication, and love into this building—and we couldn’t be more proud of what it has become.

✨ We are officially OPEN! ✨

Our Boys Program now has the ability to serve 16 boys through Community Reintegration, providing a safe, supportive environment as they transition back into the community.

This building represents so much more than walls and rooms. It represents hope, second chances, growth, and the opportunity to change lives. 💙

And we couldn’t let this space be complete without giving a special shoutout to Lilly's Murals and More for the incredible hand-painted murals throughout the building! 🎨✨ Her artwork brought so much personality, creativity, and life into our space, and we are so thankful for the time and talent she poured into making it special.

We can’t wait to share more of this journey with you and give you a closer look at everything we’ve been working so hard to create.

We are currently seeking Direct Care Staff to join our team!

🕒 Part-Time Positions
• 2nd & 3rd Shift Available
• Must be available to work weekends

What You’ll Do:
Direct Care Staff work directly with our youth, providing supervision, support, and guidance throughout their daily activities. This role is essential in helping create a safe, stable, and positive environment while ensuring the well-being of the youth in our care.

Requirements:
✔️ Valid Driver’s License
✔️ Ability to pass a background check
✔️ Ability to pass a drug screening

Last week, our therapists, Mr. David and Ms. Lauren, led an important training for our entire Fostering Change team! 💙

As a 24/7 program, we know how challenging it can be to get all of our staff together for training. To make it possible, our Program Director, Mrs. Abby, and Assistant Director, Mrs. Erica, stepped in and got to spend time with our youth so that every staff member could participate. 👏🏼

Mr. David and Ms. Lauren focused on our Fostering Change vision:

✨ Dedication — for the team.
✨ De-Escalation — for the youth.
✨ Documentation — for the program.

With our new programs officially up and running, we are excited to continue strengthening this vision as we grow, expand, and have the opportunity to serve even more youth.

We are so proud of our team and the dedication they continue to show every day. This is Fostering Change. 💙

✨ If you’ve been on our campus recently, you may have noticed our new signage!

A huge thank you to US Signs for taking our vision and bringing it to life perfectly. As we continue preparing our new campus, these signs will make it so much easier for guests, families, and community partners to find exactly where they need to go without feeling lost.

We’re so grateful for the quality work and attention to detail. Thank you, US SIGNS, for helping make our campus even more welcoming! 💙

Rainy days call for a little sunshine! ☔🍉🍓🍍

Even though the weather kept us indoors today, our youth enjoyed fresh fruit trays made by Ms. Jessi. A healthy and delicious treat that brightened a gloomy day!

Today was our Kick Off to Summer Party! ☀️💦

Our youth had an amazing time, and honestly, so did our staff! Just look at the pictures 🤣 Where else do you get paid to spend the day playing on a giant water slide? 🤩

We enjoyed a fantastic water slide from M and R Bounce Co., delicious snow cones from Kona Ice of Fort Smith, volleyball, co****le, and lots of outdoor games and activities. The laughter, smiles, and memories made today were the perfect way to kick off the summer season.

We have an exciting summer ahead filled with fun, adventures, and engaging activities for our youth, and we can’t wait to make even more memories together!

Summer, we’re ready for you! 🌞🎉
