Be alert and make sure your information is up to date!
We are continuing to select applicants from our HUD Section 8 waiting list that meet our elderly and/or disabled preference to issue housing vouchers!
Applicants selected will be notified by email, at their online application portal, and by mail.
Make sure your contact information (email address, phone number, mailing address) is up to date if you are already on our waiting list. This ensures that when your name is selected, you will receive important notifications and next steps without delay. If you need to update your contact information please come to the office, with a photo ID, to fill out a change of address form.
Also, as a reminder, we cannot provide specific waitlist positions – only whether you are or are not a current applicant. Once you are selected from the waiting list, WE will contact YOU via email and mail!
