Why do we have so many homeless people in our community?

Why are churches tax exempt again?

Are these nonprofits in the room with us now?

Seriously though how many churches and other non profits do we have in this city? We still have homeless people who have to beg? Why? I know the tired lines accusing the panhandlers of faking but we can tell you, the camps the panhandlers sleep in sure seem to suggest they’re actually homeless when we’re out feeding.

Anyone know how much the CEO of the Red Cross makes?

***Hope Campus does offer overnight emergency shelter.

With the arrival of winter weather, three warming centers are available in Fort Smith for those in need. The warming centers are open during the hours listed when the outside temperature is below 32 degrees. Please share this information to help us spread the word. If you have a question, please contact the organization directly at the number provided.

▪️ Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 3:00pm

Riverview Hope Campus - 301 South E Street in Fort Smith - 479-668-4764
▪️ Every day: 8:00am – 8:00pm
▪️ Hope Campus is also operating as an emergency overnight shelter.
