"What difference will one class make?" This is a comment we hear as people look at poverty and think it is unsolvable, that it is a life sentence, or that people don't want to change. All of this is false, and Rhonda's testimony proves it! Core Community is changing lives and helping people find freedom from poverty! Last night Jim Sackett spoke to our group and taught us some handy skills around the house! As our local "MacGyver", Jim was so helpful to give practical tips to fix things ourselves, saving money and gaining new skills! Thanks Jim!

Also, thanks to the Apostolic Church for our meal last night and to Teresa Hall and Brittany Bradley for providing childcare! We appreciate you all!
