The purpose of the FRCSC shall be to develop and foster a spirit of community responsibility; to provide welfare support for activities within the military community; and to provide opportunities for social, cultural, and creative pursuits. Membership is voluntary and is extended to:
Active Members: Spouses of any active duty or retired Commissioned Officer, Warrant Officer, or Enlisted Soldier (h
ereafter referred to as military personnel) of the Armed Forces of the United States assigned to Fort Rucker or residing in the local Wiregrass area. Associate Members: Un-remarried widows of military personnel of the Armed Forces of the United States who reside in the Fort Rucker, Wiregrass area, Divorcees of military personnel of the Armed Forces of the United States who have retained their military privileges and reside in the Fort Rucker, Wiregrass area, Spouses of International Officers or Enlisted military personnel on active duty assigned to Fort Rucker, Female International Officers or Enlisted military personnel on active duty assigned to Fort Rucker, Female family members 18 years or older with a valid military ID card residing with a sponsoring active duty military person assigned to Fort Rucker, Spouses of National Guard or Reserve military personnel not on active duty orders but residing in the Fort Rucker, Wiregrass area.
