We are seeking 2 Therapeutic Program Assistants.
*18 yrs/up

To support the CTRI with scheduling, leading,and teaching lessons. Hep with preparing. Lesson plans and caring for lesson animals. To assist CTRI to keep program running smooth. Team player a must.

Position 1
300 hours proving support to participant’s, ensure a safe and positive learning environment, assisting with all aspects of program. Must complete mandatory training in timely manner.
Must have flexibility of hours. Most evenings M-R between 3-9 pm. Some weekends and special events as needed. This position will receive a monthly stipend and student award upon completion of hours.

Position 2
450 hours- same expectations

No animal or horse experience necessary however preferred. Need to be able to “go with the flow”, be patient and empathetic to people we serve. Communication skills a must. Strong work ethics, can take initiative, and follow safety policies.
