"We support people of ALL ages with physical, cognitive, social and emotional challenges to find healing, strength, and independence through the power and connection of horses and animals. Providing a safe place for physical and emotional growth."
We all have challenges. We all have different needs.
Hoof It Forward is a PATH Intl Certified Center. We follow practices and standards. But we are more than just Equine Assisted Services and Animal Therapeutic Services! We believe everyone should have the same opportunities to experience that connection with horses and animals! Skies the limit!
We provide purpose driven services - those purposes are unique to each person. Each goal is different ! We have approved insurance to take our Animals Into communities, schools or individual homes with our Mobile Extension Unit! Equine and animal assisted services aren't just adaptive riding. We partner with horses (and animals)to help people improve their physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.
What is EAS?
According to guidelines "non-clinical educational programs to build life skills, communication, teamwork" with support from horses.
"Certified instructors teach adapted riding, driving, or vaulting skills for recreation, sport, and physical conditioning" This can be riding lessons, group lessons.
"to help clients build trust, confidence, and self-awareness."
"equine activities and therapeutic activities for people with disabilities or diverse needs."
If you need support, we can assist you. If you need a positive connection with animals, we can assist with that also. Each person has a unique perception of what service they are seeking. Horses and animals bring people together.
If you want to know what we are about, set up a time to see how we are transforming lives- one session or visit at a time! In a world of hurt and evil, animals bring sunshine, joy and peace!
No matter how big or small, if we can support people, include people in their own way we will. If people want to experience the powerful healing presence of animals, we will. Thats what we are about. As a nonprofit, we do not stive for fame or fortune, we are about helping and supporting others! We invite you to see what we do, hear from families and participants. If you want to invest in a place that supports inclusion provides joy, peace and laughter, and respectfully helps all people with overall well being - PM us!
