As with any project, we ran into some issues! The original layout of the park would interfere with some of the big beautiful trees that are down at the park. So here is a video of the new layout of the park so we can keep the beautiful trees that have been located at the park for many years!

💜🤍 WE ARE GETTING SOOOO CLOSE!! 💜🤍

As you may have seen, there has been some movement down at the future site of the Sawyer Overman Ninja Park!! Thank you to Kahlig Dozing and Excavating for their time and resources in getting the ground ready in preparation of the park.

So, what's next? Well the committee (with YOUR help) has raised $650,000 so far! This has allowed us to purchase ALL the ninja park equipment!

However, we are still $350,000 short of our goal. The remaining funds needed are expenses related to the pour-in-place flooring and the synthetic turf. Considering the initial quote of this project was $1,000,000; we are extremely proud of the progress we've made and grateful for all who have donated their services to get us closer to accomplishing our mission.

Our goal is to have this park done and ready by June 2025, which will be 5 years since sweet Sawyer's passing. We know this is ambitious, and the committee is working on securing the funds to make this happen!
