🥎⚾️Just a reminder that forms are due FRIDAY JANUARY 23rd⚾️🥎
Please turn completed forms into the Fort Recovery Elementary/Middle school offices or the FR Town Hall by this date to avoid the $10 late fee. These locations also have blank forms if you happen to need a new one or did not receive one!

Baseball⚾️ and Softball🥎 registration forms have been sent home! Be sure to check with your child to see if they received their forms and if they want to play!

⏰ Registration is due Friday, January 23rd⏰

Forms can be turned into the FR elementary and middle school offices or the FR town hall. There are extra forms at those locations as well.
