The purpose of this organization is to keep the youth in the community out of trouble by providing an outlet to keep them on the right path to see that they graduate from high school and excel in their future endeavors, whether that be college, the armed forces, or even starting their own business. Programs that assist with ACT/SAT/ASVAB preparation, helping to fill out college applications or wal
k through the entire enlistment process. Being younger men and women we will meet with young boys and girls in open forums to discuss our paths in life and the mistakes we made and help in anyway we can to avoid them from making the same mistakes.. We plan to raise money to have events in the neighborhood to feed the homeless and those who have no place to go during the holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and random days throughout the year. We plan to host festivals and Holiday parties (Christmas drives, Halloween costume contests) to give the youth something fun to do. Over time we hope to expand and acquire a building to meet frequently and help with those whose grades are falling short of standard. The overall intent is to stop the violence, we hear so much that it is caused by boredom and we are hoping to change that. We were raised in this community and we found a way out and if we can help at least one other person to do the same we have succeeded
