🖤❤️💚 Today, we honor Juneteenth, a significant milestone in American history, marking the day when freedom was finally proclaimed to all enslaved people in Galveston, Texas, in 1865.

At the Multicultural Resource Center, we celebrate this day by recognizing the importance of freedom, equality, and the enduring strength of our diverse communities. Our after-school and summer programs aim to inspire and educate the next generation about the values of unity, resilience, and cultural appreciation.

Join us in commemorating Juneteenth as we continue to empower and uplift our youth, teaching them the significance of this historic day and fostering a spirit of inclusion and understanding.
