💜 We’ve been a little behind on posting, but the last couple of weeks at Faith Factor Fitness have been incredible!

So many laughs, sweaty workouts, prayers, and victories—both in the gym and in life. Every class reminds me that this ministry is about so much more than exercise. It’s about building stronger bodies, stronger faith, and stronger community.

One thing we’ve been reminded of lately:

🏋️ Don’t borrow tomorrow’s weight.

In the gym, we train with the weight we’re ready for today—not the weight we hope to lift next month. Faith works the same way.

📖 “Don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.” — Matthew 6:34 (NLT)

Today, trust God with today’s assignment. Tomorrow’s grace will be there when tomorrow comes.
